When you reconnect with yourself, life begins to feel different.

Through coaching, breathwork and intentional practice, we create the conditions for you to reconnect with yourself—because when that relationship changes, everything else begins to change too.

A different approach to wellbeing.

A different approach to wellbeing.

The goal isn’t simply to feel healthier. It’s to understand yourself more deeply.

Many of us spend years learning how to work, achieve and care for other people, but very little time learning how to listen to ourselves. We become disconnected from our bodies, our needs and the things that make us feel most alive.

At The Living Practice, wellbeing isn’t something we chase. It’s something that grows naturally when we learn to pay attention to ourselves again. Coaching, breathwork and nourishment aren’t the destination; they’re simply different ways of helping you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

How we practice -

The small things we return to each day matter most. Through breath, reflection and simple rituals, you’ll begin to build habits that strengthen your relationship with yourself over time.

The Self Practice

One-to-one coaching offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect and explore what’s getting in the way of living well. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and lasting practices that support you long after our sessions finish.

The Guided Practice

Some things are easier to discover alongside other people. Group breathwork, workshops and community gatherings create opportunities to slow down together, learn from one another and remember that change doesn’t have to happen alone.

The Shared Practice

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a chance to explore more deeply. These longer sessions create space for emotional processing, insight and a renewed sense of connection with yourself.

The Deep Practice

Sometimes the greatest shifts happen when we step away from everyday life. Retreats combine nature, nourishing food, movement and meaningful conversation to create the conditions for deeper rest, reflection and change.

The Immersive Practice

Hi, I’m Georgia.

I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people flourish. Why do some people seem deeply connected to themselves, while others lose sight of what they need, what they value and the kind of life they want to build?

That curiosity led me to study holistic nutrition, train as a breathwork facilitator and eventually create The Living Practice. Along the way, I’ve become less interested in quick fixes and more interested in understanding how lasting change happens.

I don’t believe most people need more information. I think they need better ways of listening to themselves.

My role isn’t to tell you how to live. It’s to ask thoughtful questions, share practical tools and create the conditions in which you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
