Hi, Iām Georgia.
I didn't expect my journey into breathwork to begin with a Masters in Sustainable Development.
At university, I became fascinated by what helps ecosystems flourish. Why do some environments thrive while others struggle? How do we create the conditions for long-term health rather than simply responding when things begin to fall apart?
Over time, I realised I wasn't just interested in the health of ecosystems- I was asking the same questions about people.
We're living through a time of chronic stress, burnout and constant noise and stimulation. We have more information than ever before, yet many of us feel overwhelmed, disconnected and unsure who to listen to.
After experiencing burnout myself, I found myself searching for answers. I studied as a health coach at the Academy of Healing Nutrition, and subsequently dived into behaviour change, traditional health systems and coaching. Again and again, I kept coming back to one thing.
The breath.
Not because it's a quick fix, but because it's one of the few things that can influence both our body and our mind in real time. It became the starting point for helping people slow down, understand themselves and create lasting change.
That's why I created The Living Practice.
My work combines functional breathwork, personalised coaching and, where appropriate, Conscious Connected Breathwork. Alongside this, I draw on holistic nutrition to help people build the foundations that support lasting change.
I don't believe there's one right way to live.
I believe there's value in learning to understand yourself well enough to discover what works for you.
Living well is a practice.
Are you ready to start?
