find your way back to yourself

The Living Practice is built around a simple idea: we don't have to wait until we've figured everything out to live well.

We can learn about ourselves while we're living - noticing what helps us feel grounded and alive, becoming curious about the patterns we fall into, and making changes when something no longer fits.

The breath gives us an extraordinary place to practise.

Sometimes we'll work with it practically, exploring your everyday breathing and nervous system. Sometimes we'll use it more experientially, creating space to step away from our usual thinking and listen a little more closely to ourselves.

There is no perfect version of you we're trying to reach. The practice is becoming more curious about yourself - and using what you discover to live.

This might be for you if...

You might be navigating change, feeling stressed or stretched, or simply sensing that something in your life isn't quite fitting anymore.

Perhaps you understand a pattern intellectually but still find yourself repeating it. You're circling a decision, or finding it difficult to hear what you actually want amongst everything you think you should want.

Maybe you'd like to feel more resilient when life gets busy.

Or perhaps you're simply curious about breathwork and interested in getting to know yourself in a different way.

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. Curiosity is enough.

the living practice journey

3 or 6 personalised sessions - 75 minutes each

A personalised, breath-led space to become curious about what's happening within you, understand yourself a little better and find practical ways to meet everyday life with greater steadiness, clarity and choice.

We'll work with the breath in different ways depending on you and what brings you here.

We might explore your everyday breathing, how it interacts with your nervous system and practical ways to work with your breath to support different states and build greater resilience.

Where it feels appropriate, our work may also include Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) — a longer, more experiential practice that creates space to step away from our usual thinking and become curious about what we notice and feel.

There is no fixed formula. Alongside the breath, there is space for conversation and reflection, allowing us to respond to what's present and what feels most useful to explore.

The intention isn't to endlessly work on yourself. It's to create more space within yourself - to hear yourself more clearly, support yourself practically and feel freer to choose what comes next.

Your journey may include

  • Functional breathing assessment + BOLT score

  • Personalised breath practices

  • Practical nervous-system education

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork, where appropriate

  • Conversation, reflection and integration

  • Practices to continue independently

3 or 6 sessions?

Three sessions offer a place to begin. Six simply gives us more space to continue, deepen the work and see what unfolds over time. You can begin with three and decide afterwards whether you'd like to continue.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

come to breathe

If you're specifically drawn to Conscious Connected Breathwork, you don't need to complete a Living Practice Journey first.

Come for a standalone 1:1 session, or choose a series of three if you'd like more time with the practice.

Each session includes time to arrive and talk beforehand, a facilitated connected breath, deep rest and space afterwards for reflection and integration.

There is no particular experience we're trying to create. I'll guide the breath and hold the space, while allowing you to make your own sense of whatever emerges.
